Please respond to each of the following questions as thoroughly as possible.

* 1. Please list the choirs with which you have sung, including the conductor's name, for how many years you sang with the ensemble and, where appropriate, the voice part you sang with that group.

* 2. Please list any instruments you play and what level you have achieved at each (ex. Grade 5 piano).

* 3. Why are you auditioning for AYC? If selected to sing in the choir, what do you hope to gain from the experience?

* 4. Do you read music? Knowing that, if selected, you are expected to learn the AYC music prior to the choir's first rehearsal, explain the different ways in which you will go about learning it.

* 5. What specific skills and abilities will you bring to AYC? Your response can include musical, vocal, social and leadership qualities.

The AYC 2012 roster will be finalized in June 2012, and you will be notified of the outcome of your audition by email (using the address above) shortly thereafter. If successful, you will be required to submit a registration form and payment by 30 June 2012. As soon as the registration form is received, a music packet will be mailed directly to you.
